LIHTC Compliance Manager (Remote – Connecticut)

About the Role
Millennium Realty is seeking a highly organized and experienced LIHTC Compliance Manager tosupport our affordable housing portfolio across Connecticut. This position is remote, with occasional site visits or virtual meetings as needed. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, CHFA, and DOH regulations and can independently manage compliance reviews, audits, and file accuracy for multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and approve Tenant Income Certifications (TICs), annual recertifications, and move-ins.
• Conduct file audits and quality control reviews to ensure full compliance.
• Track and respond to audit findings from State Auditors and Investment Auditors.
• Maintain and update income limits, rent schedules, and utility allowances.
• Train and support property managers on proper compliance documentation and timelines.
• Maintain organized digital compliance records through SharePoint and Teams.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of LIHTC or affordable housing compliance experience required.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC program regulations.
• Experience with PHA-Web, Yardi, or RealPage preferred.
• C3P, or equivalent compliance certification strongly preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
